Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or as a pre-order. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. For questions about returns or refunds on standard orders, please see our Returns Policy.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery on the cadence you chose, unless you have elected to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with no minimum number of deliveries required. Cancellations take effect for any future deliveries that have not yet been processed. Any subscription order that has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation will be fulfilled and is subject to our standard Returns Policy.

You can manage your subscription in two ways:

       Self-serve: Use the link in any of your order confirmation emails to access your subscription, or sign in to your account on shopartbyelowyn.com. From your subscription dashboard, you can pause, skip a delivery, change frequency, swap products, update your shipping or payment details, or cancel.

       Email: If you’d prefer, email us at drawingsbyelowyn@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, and we’ll cancel or update your subscription on your behalf. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the request — we recommend reaching out at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure changes take effect in time.

Subscription billing dates and shipment schedules are visible in your account portal so you always know when the next charge and delivery will occur.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon to be available but is not yet in our inventory. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. If a deposit is taken, your payment method will be stored and the remaining balance will be charged at a future date when the product is ready to ship. The product page and your order confirmation will indicate the expected fulfillment timeframe.

Cancellation. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled, and any deposit or payment you’ve made will be refunded in full to your original payment method. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund subject to our Returns Policy.

How to cancel a pre-order. Email us at drawingsbyelowyn@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note that you’d like to cancel. We’ll confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Delays. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift due to production, shipping, or supply factors outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll email you with the updated timeline and your options, including the ability to cancel for a full refund.
