Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

For cancellations of subscription or pre-order purchases before they ship, please see our Cancellation Policy at https://shopartbyelowyn.com/policies/cancellation-policy. This Return Policy applies to items you have already received.

Eligibility for a Return

       To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

       Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components (including packaging and tags) may be subject to a partial refund or may be refused altogether.

       A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

       Initiate a return by emailing us at orders@artbyelowyn.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

       We will respond within 2 business days with an RA number and the address to ship your return to.

       Approved returns must be sent to the address provided when your RA is issued.

       Items returned without an RA number or that do not follow our return instructions will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

       Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled order.

       Original shipping charges paid at the time of your order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

       We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with photographic evidence of the issue and the packaging it arrived in.

For damaged or incorrect items, our standard remedy is to offer a replacement at no cost to you. In such cases, no return shipping or restocking fees will be applied. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

       Custom items: Special orders or personalized items.

       Final Sale items: Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product listing, including items in our Last Chance collection.

       Gift cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

       Any item that has been used, altered, or not maintained in its original condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with the conditions of this Return Policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must still meet our standard condition requirements set out above. This provision is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Refunds

       Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

       If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.

       If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the return.

       If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at william@artbyelowyn.com.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Return Policy is limited to the purchase price of the returned item. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the return process.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The version of the policy applicable at the time of your purchase governs your transaction.
