Thank you for shopping with Art by Elowyn! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, what carriers we use, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Pre-orders, custom items, and orders containing back-ordered products will ship according to the timeline indicated on the product page or in your order confirmation. Processing times may be longer during sales, product launches, and peak holiday periods, and any extended timelines will be communicated on our website and in your order confirmation.
We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Carrier: We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage / First Class Mail for domestic orders. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
Service selection: You may choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Available options and rates are calculated based on your destination, package weight, and the carrier’s current rates.
Estimated transit time: Once shipped, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days for the contiguous US, with longer transit times for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We ship internationally to most countries served by our carriers. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at orders@artbyelowyn.com to inquire about availability.
Carrier: International orders are primarily shipped via DHL. Alternative options may be available at checkout depending on destination.
Estimated transit time: International transit times vary widely by destination and customs processing, typically ranging from 5 to 21 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost charged at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
Refused or unclaimed packages: If an international package is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the items (excluding original shipping costs) once the package has been received back at our facility. Return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us if it has not arrived.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at orders@artbyelowyn.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and your local post office, and waiting 1–2 business days before reporting it missing — packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually arrive.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and the shipping method you choose. We periodically offer free or discounted shipping promotions — details and any minimum order thresholds are displayed on our website during the promotion.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of your order are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. See our Return Policy for full details.
During major holidays and high-volume sales periods, processing times and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We will post any holiday shipping cutoff dates on our website and communicate them via email. We recommend ordering early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.
